Pikachu has 2 chaingrabs. Against fast fallers like Fox he can use Down Throw to chaingrab. Forward throw works on most heavier characters until about 30% or reaching the stage edge.
As for Delfino, its one of the only 6 stages I like to play on. I don't even try on stages that are obvious tournament bans like Spear Pillar, Wario Ware Inc., and Temple. I don't find them fun in the least. I'll tolerate Spear Pillar in Brawls but I almost always just End Contest on Temple.
I don't mind being chain grabbed. In fact I usually expect it against characters like Pikachu and Falco.
When you said 3-2, was that 3-2 me or 3-2 you? I wasn't really paying attention.
