As it should be. Ps4 was often pulling these numbers when their install base was between 20 and 30m aswell. 

Which is still more impressive from Nintendo comsidering the lack of 3rd party support. Can you imagine if Nintendo had 3rd party support, the numbers would be astronomical lol
