This is a matter of competition. Dead Cells on PS4 suffers from heavy competition. You won't even see it in the PS Store. Dead Cells on Switch is only one of the few games that shines on the console right now. 

Yes. That is also another reason why it sold more than the PS4. But in your original comment, it sound like Switch users will BUY ANYTHING on the eshop. Since as you said "they are hungry for big games". But we know that is not the case.
