In the USA I don't think we're going to see a massive surge in hardware sales. I'm using myself as an example (which I know is kind of flawed) but I bought a PS4 mainly due to Spider-man. But, that doesn't mean I waited till the date Spider-man came out. When they had a decent Black Friday sale, I bought it cause I figured if I'm going to get it anyway, I might as well enjoy other games while I wait.
I think that just as a consequence of it being late in the life cycle and there being plenty of good games, no one game is going to really cause sales to skyrocket.
The game could sell between 2 and 3 million in the US. There's been a lot of marketing, positive buzz, and it's a pretty popular license. So, let's go with that.
