In my opinion, yes, PS4 could have more than 10 million sellers than the Wii.
God of War, FIFA 19 and Red dead redemption 2 are the firsts candidates to reach the milestone.
Spider-Man could. It got a strong name, a well-known software house, and could benefit the release of the film next year (Far form home) especially with price cut or an edition with the 3 DLC.
Than there will be The last of us Part II and FIFA 20.
Horizon Zero Dawn could do it too. It sold 7,6 M in one year and then i saw Sony put it at 20 bucks on PS Store or 30 with the DLC. It could have some chance.
I think even The last of us Remastered could reach the 10 million copies sold on PS4 (unless he has already reached them).
