Call me crazy, but I think Super Mario Party will be a breakthrough for the franchise. Mario Party 8 on the Wii sold 8.85 million units, more than games like DKC returns and Zelda Twilight Princess (Wii), so the potential is definitely there. As long as they don't follow up with a sequel very soon after, though.
Other than that, it's Smash, Animal Crossing, Pokemon 2019, and a follow ups to Mario Odyssey, and Breath of the Wild.

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.
