VR with mobile tech is pretty much only good for watching movies and stuff. See Oculus Go. A neat little device and I use it daily. But I never play games with it because those look like they came straight from the N64. On top of that, the hype about VR is at a low right now. I seriously doubt Nintendo cares too much about it right now. I know they loved this kinda stuff in the past, but I still don't expect anything new from Ninty until next generation at the very earliest.
