One of the reasons you have more minorities in these industries is due to leftist pressure to begin with. People were generally hiring friends, family and people in their circles. There has been a concentrated effort to break that system and force people to look outside their circles. The root changes are still agenda driven. But OK, one can see value there. However even once that demographic of entertainment people had shifted, there was a further agenda to ensure that representation translates to media they;re creating. Virtually all the media companies do require that casting agents hire at least a few minorities.

Why is this a bad thing? Diversity for the sake of diversity or choosing diversity over quality is a bad thing but what's wrong with people creating media that simply better reflects how America actually looks?

Forced diversity and agenda is bad, but having currently timed games have currently demographics is good. But when we retcon past events to have current demographics it is silly, and depending on the case inconsequential or preposterous it all depends on the game and what it want to convey.

Yet we still have series/movies that have 100% cast of minorities and hardly anyone complains that they aren't representative of demographics (in a thing like those silly no reverse racism and whatnot). Sure there are "ghettos" or groups that if you focus a history on them they will be majority like perhaps gay or transgender circle of friends, black neighborhood, etc, same way you would also see only cis white. The strange thing nowadays is that most entretainment seems to have demographic being wrong on having more minorities than the opposite (not that I actually think that is bad).

I'm more on the not complain one way or the other, but if someone is complaining for one I'll point out that he is being biased by not complaining on the other.
