Yeah it's not an accident because there are more minorities working in these industries and more minorities getting into stuff like gaming and "nerdier" hobbies and more minorities in general in regards to population and demographics. This isn't the 50s, it's going to get harder and harder and make less and less sense to create entertainment that it's 95% white. You can definitely push that to the point that it becomes a bad thing but the fact that there are more minorities in games and movies is just a result of there being minorities in general

One of the reasons you have more minorities in these industries is due to leftist pressure to begin with. People were generally hiring friends, family and people in their circles. There has been a concentrated effort to break that system and force people to look outside their circles. The root changes are still agenda driven. But OK, one can see value there. However even once that demographic of entertainment people had shifted, there was a further agenda to ensure that representation translates to media they;re creating. Virtually all the media companies do require that casting agents hire at least a few minorities.
