Considering next Xbox will use AMD64 again, backward compatibility is almost assured. If so, unless Microsoft makes really compelling reason to buy Xbox One now, it would be reasonable to assume that anyone who knows about Scarlett will not purchase Xbox One.
Switch in turn, with Nvidia's new chipsets completely abandoning mobile space in favour of DNN, probably have no option for upgrade path for while. Switch could easily surpass Xbox One's sale even in 2018 if Nintendo pushed even more aggressive sales strategy, such as cutting price down sharply - Though very unlikely.
