Sounds like your mind is playing tricks on you. Someone in my family experiences stuff like that as well but as much as I can tell, it's not real. She sees a ghost and I just saw some shadow moving from a moving light. She hears some ghost screaming in the background and for me it's clearly a drunk girl who left a bar and annoys the neighbourhood.
But she doesn't believe anyone as logical as the reality is. No idea if it's shizophrenia or some other stuff but one is for sure, what she experienced as crazy ghosts were no ghosts.
