Not really... You can't say that an individual car, being assembled by machines, is art. You can, though, say that the design of that car is art, since it was made by an intelligent being. You can also argue that it isn't.

Anyway, art is indeed very hard to define, but it isn't broad to the point that you can say that everything is art.

Wouldn't the same rules apply to videogames, you can't say that something which is rendered by a pc, which is machine is art. Its just a powerful but non intelligent machine decoding code and produce frames. Lighting, shadows etc included unless they are baked. Only the design behind the game could be considered as art. Also some luxury cars are partly made by hand and those could be considered art, just as custom paintjobs.
