Bayo may not be first party, but both(Bayo 2 and 3) are fully funded by Nintendo.A second party game, that will always be exclusive.Given that this is a very deliberate decision by Nintendo, it isnt much different from them making the games themselves.For my stance in what a mature and adult game is, read my previous post.
