Notice their choice of words, "momentum", not "sales". Sales could even be a little down weekly, but they are greatly up YoY also in Europe (almost 30% up YoY in Europe for the last week of July, and in the previous weeks it was considerably up YoY too). If sales are up YoY even during slow weeks, while sales can be down WoW, their momentum can definitely be described as increased. Never dropping too much anywhere, even in the slowest weeks and in the weakest regions, will show a lot more its effects at the end of the year, on the yearly total and on the weekly average.
