Octopath did very well according to a lot of expectation here while Zelda:Botw > SMO, but I think the situation may change when it gets closer to the holiday months with Casual > Core.

I think Zelda is actually eating into casuals as well as core right now. I think Zelda will put up a fight vs Mario in holidays, and even if it loses, Zelda > Mario returns after holidays.

Very impressed with BOTW sales. These legs are phenomenal.
