Rocket League is on all platforms after all. Switch/XBO/PC can play together, PS4/PC can play together, but PS4 and Switch/XBO can't join games with each other.

DQ10 is an anomaly I think, because it allow nintendo and ps4 cross play

If that's true, it probably has to do with it's age (released 5 years ago), predating current policies
