Why are third party games selling well on Switch?

Titles like Just Dance and 1-2 Switch are still doing really well on Switch. So it's not true that the Switch audience is a majority or strictly casual audience. 

I am not saying casual games aren't selling well on Switch,I am saying that is not what is driving audiences to buy the console. When you look the top sellers of both consoles you see a large difference between what titles were major selling points for those systems.
