PSN or XBOX Live?

1. In-game XMB.

2. An official headset from Sony.

3. Decent voice-chat quality.

These are the only issues I have with PSN. Otherwise, I find it easy to navigate and lag-free. The fact that it doesn't require a subscription charge is of course, a big plus.
