First and foremost, the charge from the Republican or let's just say David Nunes was that the FBI did not disclose where the dossier came from which was proven to be a lie. This was one of the main points in Numes memo and it was also one of the main points he purposely lied about which pretty much put Him right there with Trump as lying for no real purpose.

As to the FISA warrant, it showed the associates used for the Dossier including Christopher Steele as the source and it also included the sources he used. Of course Numes knew this since everyone on the committee knew it but when you are telling lies, what you hope is by the time the truth comes out, no one cares anymore.

Also you seem to just dismiss that Carter Page was under investigation before he joined Trump team, so who are you to blame, the FBI for doing its job or Trump for hiring another person like Manafort and Papadopulos who were under investigation as a foreign agent.  Let's think about this clearly, Trump hires 3 people to his team, all have their little shady dealings whether during his campaign or in the pass where they are already marked.  Now you want us to believe its the FISA courts and the FBI fault that Trump hired these people.  I love it how Obama told Trump not to hire Michael Page because you know, he was also under investigation and Trump hired him anyway.  I know, its always everyone else fault instead of Trump.  I am sure Trump is as clean as a baby's diaper (oh, not sure if that's correct).

I never said it was the only “evidence” but the fact that it is considered evidence at all is all I need to know. I know they don’t have anything else if they resorted to a fake dossier funded by the Clinton campaign. 

 

I dismissed carter page?! Where is the indictment? Where is carter page this evil Russian agent that spawned the most expensive investigation in our history lmao. Fuck outta here lmao! Obama the great told him and he didn’t listen! Yes the FBI used fake or insignifant evidence to secure a spy warrant. Yes the FISA court approves the warrant after the Steele dossier was added, it was denied before it was added. So like I said, if they knew they are crooked. If they didn’t they are incompetent. Nunez has more dignity than anyone else on the panel. Your attempt to discredit him is laughable.

So what exactly about the dossier makes it fake.  If the dossier continued funding was done by the Washington Free Beacon would that make it more viable.  Or is it that you dismiss the dossier because Trump name is involved with it. 

From reading about the Dossier, it was Steele that came to the FBI after gathering the information he dug up on Trump.  He stated after seeing these connections and interest Trump had with the Russian government he decided it best to bring this to the US government instead of getting paid a fat paycheck for his work. 

What you want us to believe is this respected ex - spy decided to help the FBI with their research because Hillary and the DNC picked up the funding of the Dossier.  A man who probably lives by his ability to do his job and keep his respected reputation instead of be partisan to a government party he doesn't have any affiliation to.  You also seem to forget that all of this information was made available to Trump and members of Congress before he was inaugurated. Hell, a lot of the information has been confirmed within the Dossier which means as a piece of information to submit during the FISA warrant it's perfectly fine.  Yes, not all of the claims have been verified but they do not have to be and never has for any investigation.  I guess it's just convenient to toss it aside because Trump name is in it.

At BOLDED:  Classic, Did I miss something or are we talking about an investigation and giving permission to do the investigation.  Lets stay on topic here.  An indictment was never the question, the question was obtaining a warrant to continue the investigation. 2 Very different things.  Let's be honest, once you know you are being investigated you probably lay low if you are guilty.  You act as if some of the most notorious criminals the US has ever had have never been investigated for years before a break happen, the slip up or someone talks.  Do not act like every investigation always turn up positive.  The question is never about if there was proof found or enough evidence to go to court, it was about getting a warrant to actually do it.  Since you have no clue on all the evidence used for 4 separate FISA warrant spanning years before Trump hired this guy, to call it fake because Trump is associated with it is showing your bias.
