I'm saying that looks affect personality and I showed a source. There's a connection. This is settled.

Looks affecting personality is different than saying most good looking people have bad personalities.

How people treat others based on looks isn't strictly associated with good looking people either. Rejection based off perceived inferior looks may lead to a lot of damage to the self esteem and may cause bitterness, social anxiety, and plenty of other personality quirks. Doesn't mean I'm going to say most ugly women have bad personalities, because I can say with certainty that some do for the reasons I specified.

When the gross generalization comes into play ("The prettiest girls generally don't have the best personalities") despite any lack of statistics or even a disregard for arguments that oppose, the presumption becomes anecdotal. I gotta agree with TheLastStarFighter on this one.

I provided a source while the other guy or you haven't provided anything. If you want to use "lack of statistics" or " that's just anecdotes " to disparage my argument when I used a source perhaps both of you should start with your own arguments first. I said over and over that a person's attractiveness (and lack of) can affect their personality development in both positive and negative ways.

"The prettiest girls generally don't have the best personalities"

Let's be clear, this is in reference to very attractive women. I'm not talking in absolute certainties but in likelihoods or odds. Aren't you capable of inductive reasoning?

What are the odds that she's a down-to-earth, humble, funny, friendly woman that's willing to pay dutch on dates?
