It really does not. I believe that everything discussed between someone and their lawyer should stay confidential. It's fucked up that it got leaked.

Wasn't it already established that Trump's own lawyers leaked the tape.  By everyone?  

No he recorded tapes that the FBI got a hold of and CNN got their hands on some tapes and leaked them.
