Yes, because supply issues means that the incoming shipments would be in higher than normal demand. The fact that the drop it showed was fairly normal for an JRPG (~80%) means that it's showing normal sales patterns despite pent up demand. Maybe it'll have better legs in the coming weeks (or they've moved to digital instead, which is why I wanted to see digital sales).

SE publically stated that it was sold out and that the game would only get smaller restocks (which sold out within hours) in July. Another smallish incoming this week before a supposed bigger one early August. It couldnt have sold more at retail than it did because there were no copies to buy. Pattern or not, everything points to the game having a better second week if the stock was there.

Phew, I wish I didn't have to repeat myself for the third time here, but "MAN, SINCE THE GAME STILL HAD A LARGE DROP OFF, I WANT TO SEE THE DIGITAL SALES BECAUSE THAT RATIO WILL BE VERY INTERESTING". Saying this isn't a statement on how good or bad it's selling. I want to know if those buyers who can't find a copy are waiting till it comes back in stock or are buying it digitally.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
