Hahaha, brilliant. 
This "wouldn't" instead of "would" is on a kindergarten level explanation, one of the worst I've seen from a political leader.
The big problem with Trump is he is so erratic and emotional. He should stick to a long term stance and just keep claiming that Russia and Putin are friends and partners.
