I trust the claims because there is absolutely no reason to distrust them at this time. The funny part is that the person you are supporting also support those claims or he would not have walked back his statements. Its one thing if only one division of the government supported the Hacking claims but you have every part of the government including the President in which he is being investigated for supporting those claims.
My question to you is why would you distrust the Russian hacking. Is there some evidence out there that proves it was someone else, some rogue nation or rogue group you name it.
I will agree that the US is no fairytale princess. The US has brought into power and brought down people in power for its own interest. If you can give a good reason why we would accuse Russia of doing something for a particular end goal then it would make things easier to see where you are going. If your whole line is that government is corrupt then I still do not see where you are going when the person you support also support those claims.
