Nothing is stopping Monster Hunter this year, not even Pokémon which is a spin off-ish.
But I'm surprised Splatoon 2 already sold 600k+ this year. Considering there's a full semester to go as well as the holiday season, 1m is guaranteed and 1.5m a possibility.
Kirby will cross the million mark eventually. I think it'll do 1.2m LT in Japan.
