I think you're reading way too much into his post, and there's no need to say he comes off as being butthurt. I could easily have asked the same question in the sense that, how does gyro aim make it the best version of the game when on PC you can run at higher resolution and, more notably; framerate which greatly helps with controls and accuracy. Sure, having gyro is nice, but all things considered, on a PC that can run the game as I've mentioned, I wouldn't say Switch is the best version. Best control scheme? Maybe, depends how responsive it is and how fast it lets you move and rotate for your builds, since they're important in the game, but as someone who isn't really a fan of the gyro aims, at least not in Breath of the Wild which is the only game I've played on Switch that has it, lol... I still don't think the inclusion of said feature makes it the best platform to play it on. Let me put a TL;DR What I'm saying is that, for someone like me, the inclusion of gyro aim doesn't make the Switch version the better version simply because I'm not a fan of gyro aiming, and for competitive shooters I prefer more responsive controls in the form of higher framerates... also I just prefer using mouse and keyboard when it comes to shooters, only used gyro aim in one game and wasn't a fan of it, lol. |
Ok fair enough on your point with gyro aiming. I just feel like when PC is brought into the discussion, it comes off as pointless and a meaningless jab as everyone knows PC will usually have the best experience bar none. It seems to me like it is only ever brought up like this when someone is trying to downplay something else and they cannot think of anything else to say.
