Talking about yours agenda, when we comparing it with 3DS sales than Switch has similar sales, but when we talk about NPD sales than Switch this year is for now has lower sales than last year!? :D

Also when you talk about 3DS sales, keep on mind that Switch had huge stock problems in its first year while 3DS didnt and that 3DS had huge price cut in order to start selling. Also it will be much more intresting to compare 3DS and Switch sales for full second year on market, 3DS sold 14m in second full year on market while Switch will sell 17m+ this FY in worst case.

Also we can compare just hole first year for Switch and 3DS because Switch was totally sold out at launch while that wasnt case with 3DS, but offocurse that fit less with your agenda:

FY 2017. Switch - 15m

FY 2012. 3DS - 13.5m

And difference for this FY year can be only bigger.

I'm talking about WW sales, which what matters when talking about total units sold.

Anyway you think 17M is worst case is your opinion, worst case is 13m, i expect it will be 14-15.
