All valid points OP

however for me it is like this

PS4 games are my collection that will 90% never get put into the console lol.

Switch games are my playing games lol. That is why i get upset when I say their is droughts on Switch cause the AAA and AA games from 3rd parties are just not there for me to enjoy.

It all comes down to time as I am always working and not home. So for me the price does not matter. IN fact i double up on games anyway as they drop real quick on PS4 in price.

I see your point, and I too benefit from the Switch.  Having wifi in my truck and a VITA however let me play God of War and the entire RE7 Chris Redfield DLC on the go with remote play.

It is not preferable to the Switch of course, but the option is there for me and I have utilized it more than once.

As I said however, I understand why the games should be there from a consumer standpoint.  I am starting to wonder if the number of people that need them will generate enough sales at a 60 dollar price point to justify the port from a dev standpoint though.  Current sales trends suggest not for most ports so far however.  350k for DOOM (a great port I own) is a perfect example.
