I think you could also say the opposite, the lineup is pretty solid for people who have only owned Nintendo devices, a whole bunch of 3rd party games that skipped Wii, Wii U & 3DS are getting ported to Switch.
But i agree for people who owned multiple previous and current gen devices than most of the library is games they already had access to which could make it lackluster for them.
When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.
