My money is on holiday 2010 for Microsoft, 2011 or early 2012 for Sony, and late 2011 or 2012 for Nintendo.
Should be a fairly long generation. By this point last gen (June 2002) all three machines were under $200 already. Wii may be low tech compared to PS3 and 360 but Nintendo knows how to ride a money machine, so it wouldn't surprise me if 360 ends up cheaper than Wii at some point...of course Gamecube was cheapest its entire lifetime and it was still third.
