At this point in time, DLC has all been free as well as being implied to be indefinitely free. Identifying new content is difficult, though. Deviljho and Lunastra are ready to spot as new because their unlock quests are under the special assignments. Kulve Taroth is new, too. Aside from that, I wouldn't worry about what content is new or not. The whole thing is great.
