Switch Pro (or Switch 2 before the time) it's necessary. The two most important things to improve on the hardware level are greater computing power and a much larger storage memory. The only thing they have to do it's mantain the compatibility with all the accessories like Joy-con, Pro controller, Dock station ecc... cause they cost way too much. It's kind of absurd to see game at 480p or lower in some cases in handheld mode or sub HD in dock mode.
