For the actual discs, IF Nintendo for some reason won't replace the discs...

1. Gamestop/gamecrazy, etc has disc buffers that can take care of most issues. $5 cost or the person working might just do it for free if they like you.

2. Most companies have a replacement policy where you give them the old disc and like $15 (EA's price) and they will give you a brand new game in the original packaging. (I actually did this with my Madden game and then just returned the replacement to Walmart so I could buy something else)

1. That sounds like a good idea, may try it...

2. I know, but they're both Nintendo games, and he told me about that, and it would cost me $25 EACH. I might be able to understand doing that with Brawl, but Zelda TP? I know I could probably find that cheaper, but it's not mine anyway... TP is actually my bro's.
