3DS release will bomb (like nearly every first-party release on 3DS after US/UM), and so the choice is split between the Wii U and the Switch.
I feel that the Wii U release was helped along by Captain Toad levels in 3D World, but the demo fulfills that role just fine on the 3DS and Switch. So, I'll go with the Switch.
