Xenoblade 2 is on track to have more sales than both versions of Xenoblade. It's not like Xenoblade sold gangbusters and everyone's played it.
If you account for Xenoblade on Wii and 3ds, not to mention no one knows how many digital copies on Wii U, I think we got a lot of the bases covered. 1.48m tracked purchases are plenty vs even the 1.02m of XC2. What does it serve to do this gen, but solidify how much of a product of its time it was?
*edit* It is literally one of my favorite games of all time, but dang give it some breathing room.
