Fortnite - warning DO NOT play on PS4, or you can't play on Switch (and quick start guide if you're sheltered like me, and didn't know about this game before)

There should have been a simple warning. Had there been one. Hundreds? Thousands? Millions? of players would not be experiencing the mess they are in right now. And in fact there still isn't a warning.

A simple "logging into this account may restrict access to other consoles, please go to bit.ly/abcd for more info" would suffice

Out of all the players in this debacle, Sony is the only one that won't do cross-platform access and instead sabotage accounts. Epic Games was able to implement it fine with Switch and XBox.

I don't think it's Epic Games. I think Sony's the problem.

Believe me if nintendo were in their position, they would do the same. not sure about microsoft, xbox business is peanuts to them, they don't care about exclusives and even put there games on switch.
