Nintendo - Has no reason to react since the PS3 is still in a different price range than their system and the Wii is still selling out so they have no reason to cut the Wii's price.

Microsoft - I would have said yes if asked this same question yesterday but since they made their announcement of a 3 year warranty and the fact that it'll cost them between $1 billion - $1.15 billion I'm not so sure they will have a price cut this year.

Nintendo may not respond to the Sony drop, but they will have to respond when MS responds as that will put the 360 in the Wii price range`

 Not really, the 360 core is not selling much and should not count as the main rival of the Wii, the premium is the main competitor of the Wii.

Also, cutting the price on something that is selling out everywhere is just not gonna happen.
