Using "autistic" as a derogatory term; please don't

People who seem to lack any social skills, assume they're the center of the universe, and throw temper tantrums. The term is also often applied to people who would previously be deemed as a "spaz". This is what people are referring to when they use autistic as a pejorative.

OK, so why not just call them by more specific adjectives? Asocial, narcissistic/arrogant, rageful?
