I am, of course, referring to the Trump Administration's current "zero tolerance" policy, as they call it, which is, in fact, new and the sole reason why the numbers of children in U.S. custody has recently grown so large that the establishment of things like tent cities has become 'necessary'. I am also not defending the inhumane previous policy either, it may be worth noting. Just for clarity.
