I believe the expression you're looking for is "quite worse than". 
I mean Fire Emblem: Tree Houses? THE ONE WHERE PEOPLE SEEM TO CONSTANTLY TALK SOMETHING LIKE THIS?! :-O Really, Instructor?
But anyway, yeah, I agree with you about Concrete Genie: it just looks like a really beautiful game to me in every way!
And yeah, I found plenty to like about this year's E3. *shrugs*
