You aren't considering the Switch port is already benefitting from great optimization of Fortnite. Which is why is works so well on Switch to begin with.

Its like Doom on Switch, it was already a well optimized game and that helped when bringing it to Switch.

At best, I anticipate a more stable frame rate and MAYBE minor visuals improvements. But there is only so much they can do with the specs on Switch, its already one of the more impressive games on the platform.
