Jesus! Well Disney knows from the Star wars buy how fast they can make their money back. So outbidding Comcast can't be too tough of decision for them.

Disney has a net worth of 98 Billion dollars. Comcast essentially bid 2/3rds of Disney's overall worth. It's not a given that Disney will win this.
