Should I worry about Switch region locking?

As far as I know not a single one of the consoles blocks purchases based on IP address.

Plus if anything the Xbox One is the easiest to use in different regions since it allows you to change your account region on the console itself, no need to create different accounts for each region.

Well the Switch is the easier to bring to different regions
