Fortnite - warning DO NOT play on PS4, or you can't play on Switch (and quick start guide if you're sheltered like me, and didn't know about this game before)

It would be cool to be able to play with other people regardless of platform. I can't play with PS4 owners here now, my EG account was opened via Switch.

 

I do wonder though if I played using my EG account via PC or mobile, could I play with PS4 owners?
