I hope I'm not prying too much.  I just realized while reading this thread that I've been active here for 2 years (and I lurked for about 2 years before that), and I have no idea who really makes this clock tick.  

Talon and Trucks have extensive web development skills and they were volunteering out of their free time. So basically, you'd have to find someone that a) ioi will trust enough to give the backdoor key for the website b) has experience in web development and c) can do it for free, all the while sustaining abuse from the community.

Actually the only problem is a). I am fairly certain there are users with experience on this very forum that would love to help out. Sadly, problem a) is apparently unfixable.
