Just because you can't say whatever you desire without restriction, doesn't mean it is a dictatorship... They are two separate issues, you can have free speech in a Dictatorship you know and you can have restricted speech in a Democracy.
Fact is, this forum is very much moderated, just like the majority of other forums on the internet, it is what it is.

I highly doubt your work environment is a democracy either... In the end, this discussion is irrelevant and will change absolutely nothing, so might as well move along.

It was supposed to be tongue in cheek, it seems rare that you use any humor and and the comment you made seemed a break from the norm.
