Objectively, 3/10. Jesus christ.

As much of a Smash fan I am, Nintendo are foolish for letting Smash carry that presentation. 30 minutes of the entire direct, was Smash. It was not an E3 presentation/Nintendo Direct, it was a Smash Direct. Something that could've been done later on. Smash looks great, but not everyone is a Smash Bros fan for crying out loud. Variety is what us owners want.

Besides Smash, the only new games shown were Fire Emblem Three Houses, which was delayed, and doesn't look as ambitious as people were hyping it to be. Mario Party looks good and is launching in the holidays, and there was a game teased at the start of the conference slated for 2019, but I can't quite remember what it was. Then there was a reel of games we already knew about, including all the games on that leaked E3 list from a while back. Fortnite, DBFZ, Paladins, KQB and Overcooked 2 are confirmed.

But this E3 should've been a 3 minute Smash trailer, and more. We are still left with so many questions.
-Where's Pikmin 4?
-Is Yoshi delayed?
-Is Mario Maker ever coming?
-Is the Star Fox Racing game happening?
-No Odyssey DLC?
All rumors/leaks besides that banner E3 leak were fake.
I didn't expect Prime 4, Bayonetta 3, SMT V or Pokemon Gen 8, but there were virtually no other great games shown at this conference.
They're going in the holiday season with Smash Bros, casual Pokemon (we don't know how effective this will be) and Mario Party? I guess? Good luck selling 20 million.
They needed a killer conference to recompense for the lack of third party support. And they failed at it. I'm so disappointed.
