I think it was a really great conference, It got me hyped and i'm not even an Xbox owner. Granted, i'm only excited for the multiplats they showed (dying light 2, DMCV, cyberpunk) and cuphead DLC but I play that on PC. In terms of the show itself, well paced and lots of new games shown. I think the Gears, forza, and halo meme is still very much alive but they have a few exclusives like battletoads, crackdown and ori, with more DLC coming to sea of thieves, cuphead and some other title I can't recall. Also, the fact that they didn't mentione 'console launch' before shouting exclusive felt a bit scummy. Clearly we can read what kind of exclusive it is but still. 5 new developers are great, even if 4 were just bought, it's still a promise of some exclusive content to come in the near future.
Overall, great conference, solid 8.5. I don't see Sony beating this presentation, but Nintendo could have enough surprises to top it.
