Yeah, that really sucks. I had a suspicion with Fallout 4's (loathsome) base-building mechanics though, and their constant focus on re-releasing Skyrim on anything from consoles to windscreen wipers and their seeming focus on ESO, paired with the silence on Elder Scrolls 6. They're clearly shifting focus, just like Bioware have. If it's not a battle royale game, it's bound to be a looter shooter, this is most certainly not a new golden age of gaming as far as I'm concerned.

TE6 & New Doom, was the best things of the show.
The fallout direction is a kick to the balls (for people that like fallout as it is/was).
ESO is crap, they dont do MMO's well.... again this doesnt make me believe in a co-op focused always online fallout.

Without TE6 title pop-up towards the end there, this would have been a bad E3 for Bethesda.

Overall this is like a 6/10.
I think Microsofts conferance was better than this.

TE6 was only a short teaser though, it appears to be very far off yet. They seem more focused on mobile, online focused gaming and other trendy design than maintaining their loyal following of fans of their biggest single player franchises. Which is, of course, perfectly understandable from a business perspective, but still quite sad. Bethesda are just as dependent on market driving design as others.

I found their overall presentation to be quite boring, with Fallout taking this direction, little to interest in Doom and no tangible info on their new RPG IP that was so hyped up before the show, it didn't have much for me. Rage 2 looks like the culmination of all things I dislike in modern single player shooters, reminds me of a Bulletstorm crossed with a poor man's CoD or something.
