PUGB isnt a new announcement... people on xbox have been playing it for ages.
Sea of theives isnt getting a expansion... thats just DLC.

So Id guess no those dont count.
Halo Infinity counts as something new unannounced.

Rare confirmed that the 2 updates are expansions a fee months ago.
